Taking a Stand Against Ovarian Cancer.

The tens of thousands of women diagnosed with ovarian cancer each year now have a powerful force in their corner in pursuing a cure. That force is Ovations for the Cure, a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization, and one of the few foundations in the United States dedicated to ovarian cancer research, education, treatment options, awareness and support. The belief that a unique form of cancer needs a unique form of support drives the foundation’s mission to:

• Proliferate broad-spectrum awareness of the risk factors and subtle warning signs of ovarian cancer
  
  
• Fund new and ongoing research initiatives through organizations such as the Dana Farber Cancer Institute’s Gynecologic Oncology Program, among others
  
  
• Provide an uplifting support network for patients and their caregivers
